WORLD KEY ENERGY - PRESS14.03.2014PROMULGATED THE APPROVAL LAW OUG 57/2013
Last March 13th President Traian Basescu signed the Decree which approves the promulgation of the Emergency Ordinance of Government n. 57/2013 about the change and integration of law n. 220/2008 concerning the production system of renewable sources of energy. The legislation supports renewable energy projects through the green certificates system. Depending on the type and technology used, will be guaranteed to producers a number of green certificates for each Megawatt-Hour generated. The amount of green certificates approved for Photovoltaic system is 3 green certificates for each 1 MWh produced and delivered. 07.01.2014President did not ratify the Renewable Energy Law
President Traian Basescu has sent for review to European Parliament the decree on the approval of promotion system of renewable sources of energy. The President believes that the present decree is inappropriate. In addition the leader considers that this decree could open a new offence proceedings against Romania, seeing as Bucarest did not trade this decree with the European Commission. European agreements provides that a Nation notify European Commission if the support regime of a State changes. On December 17 the Chamber of Deputies approved the decree about renewable sources of energy, that provides for the transfer of green certificates' payment for three years and the negotiation of these certificates on the bond. The legislators approved an agreement of the decree with 243 votes "in favour", 46 "dissenting" and 21 abstentions. 26.11.2012DESS (DISTRIBUTED ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEM)
